Who I Am & What I Do

My name is Rae, and I have been obsessed with creating things since I was little. Any tree branch could be a crown, any loose screws the key to my greatest invention. The name comes from my first tactical skill - braiding my little sister’s hair, and my first craft - a simple wooden beading loom from my Nana that I still use and treasure.

As I got older this creativity fueled real use, as I became obsessed with baking beautiful desserts for parties, beading jewelry for friends, and making art for my home. Now, as I tumble through craft after craft, I hope I can bring the joy of a handmade, quality item cooked up with passion to your lives. I am currently chasing after embroidered wall hangings, statement jewelry pieces, and journal binding. There is no end to what the human mind can direct the hands to mold - and over time, I hope to try it all.

I struggled for a long time to put my self out here - I felt I needed a niche brand, content making skills, a following. Reality is I’ll never grow until I try, and the “brand” is simple: whatever I love to make and want to share. I am inspired by my beautiful PNW surroundings, bright colors, and creating unique, intentional pieces. I hope my work can bring a smile to you, as it always has to me.
